Sometimes you''ll find that your face rest will become loose through wear and tear. This is normal and not a sign that your massage table or plinth is defective.I supply new face rests with memory foam and these are considered top end of the market. They can be protected by a sheet set( which I also supply) !! and are much better covered rather than by placing paper on them.. The locking clip  which is found at the side of your face rest should be checked from time to time to ensure that the overall locking mechanism is working properly. Simply hold it firmly and turn the little screw clockwise. Safety is essential when treating a client always.
