Looked at your credit card statement lately? No, I mean really looked at it and examined it fully. I got a real surprise today when I was contacted by my credit card supplier that a dodgy travel company in Holland had tried to compromise my account to the tune of £1100 this week. Don't know how they got my details but the fraud was intercepted and blocked and the fraudsters identified. We all should examine the monthly statement to ensure that the amounts represent actual purchases and have been authorised. Not a nice thing to get but it shows that the guys who monitor fraud etc. are on the ball. Well done. You have been warned,be aware and be vigilant.
