Sometimes I am asked about adjusting the setting of the facerests and ,believe me it can be frustrating sometimes, especially when the  facerest becomes unstable. This is caused because the locking mechanism is not sufficiently tightened. So what to do?? You will notice the little tightening mechanism at the side of the "legs" ie.the part which goes into the woodden table. This looks like a half moon and can be flipped to loosen the "legs" or supports. Bring the black half moon mechanism to 90 degrees of the legs and turn in a clockwise motion and at the same time holding the silver nut at the opposite end until the whole facerest is locked in a comfortable position. Sounds complicated, I know but really is easy peasy. You can always get me on 086 3844281 and I will guide through the operation if you wish.
