Sometimes we read the words " free delivery" on brochures as we place our order for a certain product and are disappointed later when in fact we are confronted with a delivery bill etc. Free delivery should be exactly what it says--nothing more, nothing less!. Sometimes the cost of the article is "doctored" to take into account the delivery cost but this is less than honest,especially today, when people are genuinely looking for value and fair play.
