15:39 Repetitive strain

I have had RSI on both my elbows for 6 months now and have tried many remedies to no great avail. I was recommended to have a course of acupuncture and booked an appointment with my local acupuncturist, Betsy Dideriens in Skibbereen. The entire treatment lasted about one hour with no side effects at all. In fact it was a very pleasant experience but the most amazing part was that on the following morning I had absolutely no pain or discomfort whatsoever. This really surprised me especially how quickly the treatment worked. I had a follow up last Friday and can now say with certainty that I have NO pain at all!! What a woman, what a remedy. Our therapists in all modalities need our support, especially in these difficult economic times and I cannot recommend Betsy enough. I can now enjoy golf and gardening again. What a contrast and blessing.
